Homestyle Asian Meatballs

These sweet and spicy asian meatballs provide the perfect mouthwatering introduction to any meal, or a special treat at your dinner party.


  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 batch Homestyle Meatballs


  1. Begin by combining everything except the meatballs in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Then, continue simmering the sauce until it reaches thick consistency, meanwhile heating the meatballs.
  3. Next, toss the meatballs in the sauce, and ensure complete coverage.
  4. Finally, serve the meatballs hot immediately for best results.


You may serve the meatballs on a toothpick or mini plastic fork, and garnished with poppy seeds.
