Crepe Recipe Simplified

These simple crepes require little to no technical skill. They provide a solid base for literallly any toppings you might want to try.


  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Either beat them by hand, or use a hand mixer to disolve all the ingredients into an extremely thin batter.
  3. Preheat your skillet or griddle to 350° F while you allow your batter to rest.
  4. Pour about half a cup for a skillet, or 2/3 cup for a griddle, and spread it evenly over the entire cooking surface.
  5. Allow the edges to begin getting a light brown tint and flip the crepe to cook the other side.
  6. Serve with whatever toppings your heart desires.
