Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Strawberries
  • 1 Medium Orange, Peeled
  • 4 tbsp Raw Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. First, add the ingredients in the above order to your blender.
  2. Then, pulse it several times to unsettle the ingredients.
  3. Next, blend the ingredients until they appear smooth.
  4. Now, use a spatula to give it a quick stir, and blend it for a few more seconds.
  5. Finally, pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy a deliciously refreshing drink.

Notes

On mornings where I’m struggling to open my eyes, I’ll add a couple of energy drink packets (from Great Value, or Crystal Light). That small amount of caffeine, with the mondo serving of fructose usually lasts me around eight hours of constant energy.
