Perfect Scrambled Eggs

These perfect scrambled eggs combine a smooth taste, and a silky texture for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Chives

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, and add the milk
  2. Cut the butter in half, and place it on your skillet as you preheat it
  3. Beat the eggs until they have a creamy texture
  4. Pour the eggs on the melted butter and allow to sit a few seconds before you stir them
  5. Watch carefully as you stir the eggs, flipping once as they begin to cook
  6. Remove from the skillet immediately, and sprinkle the chives on top
